When reporting a problem, it helps to include your device model and iOS version, and a short description of what you expected versus what happened.
You can be reminded by time or by place. For location reminders, the app needs Location permission so it can alert you when you arrive at or leave a place. For all reminders, make sure Notifications are enabled for Tasks in iOS Settings → Notifications.
Open iOS Settings → Notifications → Tasks and confirm notifications are allowed. Also check that Focus / Do Not Disturb isn't silencing them, and that the reminder time and date on the task are correct.
Tasks syncs through your own private iCloud account. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID on each device and that iCloud sync is enabled in the app. iCloud sync is a Tasks Pro feature.
When you connect your calendar, your existing events appear alongside your tasks in the main list. The app uses read-only calendar access and never modifies your calendar.
Tasks Pro unlocks advanced features such as custom recurrence, location reminders, checklists, attachments, tags, calendar integration, iCloud sync, and additional widgets, sounds, and styles. Purchases and subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple.
To manage or cancel a subscription, or request a refund, open the App Store subscription settings on your device (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Refunds are processed by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
